Nowadays people are using search engines when finding any kind of product/service or web site through internet.  There are billions of web sites for one particular product/service. What is Search Engine Optimization…..???

Mainly, some factors contributing to high search ranking can be shown as follows. We should also have to consider these when doing SEO.

Keywords are words that a company website wants to be associated with on search engines.

The particular web site appears in the search result, when someone searched a keyword associated with that web site.To attract potential customers, company needs to understand what keywords that potential buyers use to find the kinds of products or services itprovides. So keyword selection is the main key to get a better rank in search engine.

2. Site’s “crawlability”

Crawlability means, how easily a search enginecan extract new content from a website.Using a good URL makes it easier way to increase the crawlability of the web site. When the URL of a web site is more complicated and irrelevant, Search Engine pays less favor in showing the web site in the search result. It is so important to have a proper, relevant and consistent URL for the web site to gain a better SEO.

3. Search Visibility

This term refers to whether search engines recognizethe existence of a website.Changes in website design, content management system, or just onecharacter in URL can destroy search visibility. So web developers should have to consider in search visibility of the web page.

4. Off Page Optimization Techniques

Off page optimization includes those techniquesthat can be done off the pages to increase trafficto your website such as link swaps, directorylistings, blogging, and forum postings.
